Bulbul has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Rasoi Indian Restaurant, one of the busiest and most popular food destinations in Menifee, to explore an initial drone-based food delivery pilot within the city.
This collaboration marks an important step in demonstrating how autonomous drone delivery can support high-volume, time-sensitive commercial operations.
Why Rasoi? A High-Volume, Real-World Use Case
Rasoi Indian Restaurant is a well-established and highly frequented food chain in Menifee, known for its consistent quality and strong customer demand. With an average of nearly 90 deliveries per day, Rasai represents an ideal real-world partner to test and validate the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of drone-based food delivery.
By working with an active, high-demand restaurant, Bulbul aims to move beyond theoretical pilots and into practical, everyday delivery operations.
Scope of the Collaboration
Under the signed MOU, both teams will collaborate on planning and executing an initial food delivery pilot that will:
- Evaluate drone delivery feasibility for short-range food orders
- Reduce delivery time during peak hours
- Improve customer experience through faster and predictable delivery
- Explore sustainable alternatives to road-based delivery
Rasoi has shown strong interest in adopting innovative delivery methods to better serve its customers, while Bulbul will provide the end-to-end drone delivery technology and operational framework.
